This is one of the most emotional and inspirational videos that I’ve ever seen. Honestly, I think that I’ve watched it dozens of times.

The video titled “The Superhero Fight” tells the story of National Superhero Day at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. On April 28th, The Silent Partner teamed up the hospital, Dave and Busters of Manchester and Monaco Ford of Glastonbury for the special event. From Superman and Spiderman scaling the windows of the hospital to caped heros visiting with boys and girls… the event brought laughs and tears to patients, families and staff.

This video is so powerful that our friends at The Silent Partner teamed up with nationally acclaimed musician Rachel Platten to use her song, “Fight Song” as the backdrop for the video.   She said in a tweet: “Unbelievable….superheroes descend upon this hospital ;) so proud #MyFightSong was part of this beautiful video!”

These are the times in life that you think to yourself: “there really are good people out there.”

The doctors and nurses who save lives and take care of our children. The companies who come together to bring smiles to the kids faces.  The national singing sensation who uses her words to get the message across.  The creative storytellers who bring emotions to life through video. That my friends, proves that there is plenty of humanity left in the world.

Dozens of people who came together…to help children, to inspire others and to show hope.
